What is Toni Pons' returns and warranty policy?Updated 2 months ago

You have 15 days to make exchanges and returns. Exchanges and returns will only be accepted if the product and the box are in their original condition. 

Additionally, any item manufactured or purchased in the last two years that shows imperfections may be eligible for warranty coverage. The original purchase receipt or other proof of purchase will be required.

If you wish to initiate a warranty claim, please contact us at [email protected] and provide a copy of the purchase receipt and photographs showing the defect and the entire product.

If the product purchased at one of our official stores shows quality issues, you should return it to any official Toni Pons establishment or send it to our headquarters. A member of our team will verify the defects present in the item.

Compensation will not be granted for defective products for reasons other than those mentioned above, such as negligence, misuse, or natural wear and tear.

Unfortunately, if you did not purchase the product from our online store or one of our official physical stores, we cannot assist you or offer any compensation.
