If you notice any issues upon receiving your order, such as broken packaging, missing items, or damaged or incorrect products, please don't hesitate to contact us.

You must describe the issue as soon as possible and attach photographs showing the problem. In such cases, we will replace the item with the same article or reference.
Please note that if you return the product independently without informing us beforehand, the shipping costs will not be refunded. Please contact us so that we can schedule the pickup and cover the costs.
