The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Remember, you have 15 days from the receipt of your order to make the return.

Alternatively, you can arrange a free exchange or return at an official Toni Pons store.

Returns from a country outside the European Union (including the UK) must be sent using the DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) incoterm. This means that Toni Pons does not cover the customs duty cost when receiving the package; these costs must be borne by the customer.
