Shipping time varies depending on the location and dates. As a guideline, orders are prepared and shipped on the next business day. Shipping times are 2-3 business days within Spain, 2-10 business days within Europe, and 4-15 business days to other countries.

During high-demand periods such as Black Friday or Christmas, orders may take longer than usual due to the high volume of shipments. 

You can check the status of your order by clicking here and entering the destination country, postal code, and tracking number. Once the order is handed over to the carrier, you will find this number in the email we send.
