How do I make a size change or a return?Updated 2 months ago

Once you receive the order, you have 15 days to make the change and/or return it.

Exchanges and returns will only be accepted if the product and the box are in their original condition.

If you wish to change the size or model of an item, the process is straightforward. First, return the item you want to change. Then, proceed to purchase the new item.

It's important to note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you are sending a package from a country outside the European Union, the package needs to be sent using the DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) incoterm. The customer is responsible for any customs expenses.

To request a product return through the website, you must tap here and choose one of the following two options.

If you placed the order as a guest without a customer account, Enter the order number and your email address. The order number will be in the confirmation email you received when you completed the purchase. You must also fill out the return form.

If you placed the order as a registered user, log in with your username and password. In the MY ORDERS section, you will find a list of your orders. If you are within the return period, the RETURN option will appear. By clicking on this option, the system will take you to the return form that you must fill out to submit your request.

To complete the return, please consider the following:

Send the item along with the RETURN REQUEST email to identify the package. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us. Please note that if you decide to return the items with shipping charges due, we will not accept the package. If you make the return at one of our stores, you must present the RETURN REQUEST EMAIL.
